Established in 2001, the employee owned Appaloosa Grill is a refreshingly unique choice among eateries that line the 16th St. Mall. The diverse all day menu features 100% natural meats as well as a variety of vegetarian choices. The Grill also boasts two happy hours a day, weekend brunch, a private party room for groups up to 75, a patio on the 16th Street Mall, live entertainment nightly and a kitchen that serves til 1am. The Appaloosa Grill is a fusion of food and ambiance that is both upscale and casual. Warm cherry woodwork, burgundy-upholstered booths and elegant lighting make Appaloosa Grill popular for business lunches, while an antique bar with blazing candles and modern light fixtures offer dinner guests a classy, moody atmosphere. Public Transit: Appaloosa Grill is located one block from Northbound Light Rail Station and two blocks from Southbound Light Rail Station. The Grill's front door is located at a free mall ride shuttle stop as well. The "Mall Ride" shuttle runs the length of downtown Denver from Union Station to the Capitol.

Parking Details: The closest and most economical parking is at a meter along Welton St. between 15th and 17th. There is also a variety of parking lots and garages in the area. We recommend underground parking at the Denver Pavilions. Entrance is on the right side of Welton as you head north between 15th St. and the 16th St. Mall.

Entertainment: Appaloosa Grill is owned by musicians and it shows on the stage every night. Not only is there no cover but Happy Hour kicks in nightly at 10pm right as the music starts and goes until they close at 2am. The grill offers the best local and national talent available. The friendly door man will accept donations from patrons however. If you had a good time, kick down!
