"This Is How It Goes" will be presented February 28 through March 30 at the John Hand Theater in Lowry, 7653 E. 1st Place, Denver, CO 80230.
Performances are 7:30 p.m. on Thursdays at 7:30 p.m.; Saturdays at 2:00 p.m.; Sundays at 6:30 p.m. and Monday, March 11 @ 7:30 p.m. There is no performance on Thursday, March 21. The cast, under direction of Pat Payne, includes Ben Butler (Cody), Johanna Jaquith (Belinda), Paul Jaquith (Man), and Taylor Black (Waitress).
Neil LaBute is an acclaimed writer, director and playwright. His films include: "In the Company of Men" (New York Critics' Circle Award for Best First Feature, Filmmakers' Trophy at the Sundance Film Festival), "Nurse Betty," "Possession," and "The Shape of Things;" a film adaptation of his play by the same title. His film "Wicker Man," starring Nicolas Cage, was released in September 2006 and "Lakeview Terrace" starring Samuel L. Jackson was released in 2010. His plays include "The Shape of Things," "Fat Pig," "Some Girl(s)," and "reasons to be pretty." LaBute is the author of several fictional pieces that have been published in The New Yorker, New York Times, Harper's Bazaar and Playboy, among others.
