Performance Now Theatre Company presents YOU'RE A GOOD MAN, CHARLIE BROWN playing now through October 21st at the Lakewood Cultural Center. Based on the comic strip “Peanuts” by Charles M. Schulz with Book, Music and Lyrics by Clark Gesner, we follow along on "an average day in the life of Charlie Brown." A day made up of little moments picked from all the days of Charlie Brown, from Valentine's Day to the baseball season, from wild optimism to utter despair, all mixed in with the lives of his friends Linus, Lucy, Schroeder, Sally and, of course, Snoopy. Songs include My Blanket and Me, The Kite, The Baseball Game, Little Known Facts, Suppertime, Happiness, Beethoven Day and My New Philosophy.

The cast, under the direction and choreography of Kelly Van Oosbree and music direction by Mary K. Dailey, includes Barrett Harper as Charlie Brown, Josh Rigo as Linus, Alisa Schmidt as Lucy, Chance Jacob as Schroeder, Rachel Turner as Sally, and Rob Riney as Snoopy.

Performance Now Theatre Company's YOU'RE A GOOD MAN, CHARLIE BROWN is engaging audiences now through October 21st. Performances are Fridays & Saturdays at 7:30 p.m.; Saturdays and Sundays at 2 p.m. at the Lakewood Cultural Center, 470 S.
