Evergreen Players presents HAIR: The American Tribal Love-Rock Musical (Book and lyrics by James Rado and Gerome Ragni; Music by Galt MacDermot) playing now through August 5th in Evergreen, CO. The story of a group of young Americans searching for love and peace during the Vietnam era, HAIR is a timeless portrait of a movement that changed the world. Its groundbreaking rock score paved the way for some of the greatest musicals of our time. HAIR features an extraordinary cast and dozens of unforgettable songs, including Aquarius, Let the Sun Shine In, Good Morning, Starshine and Easy to be Hard.

Under the direction of Brenda Billings, with Musical Direction by Mitch Samu and Chorography by PatRick Thomas Wills, the tribe includes Khadijah Betts (Emmaretta), Jacquie Jo Billings (Sheila), Lisa DeCaro (Natalie), Gregg Dudding (Walter), Kerri Emswiller (Diane),  Kenzie Kilroy (Crissy), Norah Kissell (Jeanie), Lauren McCreary (Dionne), Andy Nuanhngam (Steve), Vonita Remington (Mary), Valerye Rene (Linda), Josh Rigo (Woof), Summer Dion Roper (Suzannah), JR Cody Schuyler (Berger), Sadie Trigg (Marjorie), Sonsharae Tull (Leatta), PatRick Thomas Wills (Claude) and Theo Wilson (Hud).

HAIR: The American Tribal Love-Rock Musical is currently enlightening audiences now through August 5 at Center/Stage, 27608 Fireweed Drive in Evergreen, CO. Michael Mulhern has lived in Denver and been active in it's theater scene for over 10 years. He is originally from Wiesbaden, Germany and graduated with a BFA in Theater Performance from the University of Wisconsin-Superior. Currently he performs in one to two shows a year and is a proud member of the Denver Gay Men's Chorus. Some of Michael's favorite performances include - Lend Me a Tenor, Guys and Dolls, The Shadow Box, Buried Child, and Jeffrey.
